Return and Refund Policy

Food Items

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse on food items. If an item has arrived damaged or expired*, we will gladly send a replacement item out to you for free. Please email us at, support@aveganstore.com, within 48 hours of receiving damaged item to get a replacement.

*In certain cases, (selling coming into expiration date products) an item may have a best by date within the 30-day guarantee window or may already be past the best by date on the packaging. It would be stated in the product description, so you'd be informed before purchasing. A best by date does not mean it is "bad" after that date, it just indicates when the product will be the freshest tasting.

- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge. 

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of the tracked order showing delivered, we will not be able to process the replacement order.  For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item back unless the reason for return is our error.  

Expiration dates on products are at least 30 days out from order date unless otherwise stated on product description. 

All Other Non-Food Items

 Please note all non-food items, clothing, and customizable apparel is made to order so double-checking size and spelling of items before placing your order is imperative. Due to that nature, we do not offer returns/refunds, only exchanges. Unless manufacturer defect, customer is responsible for the cost to return item back to us.
