Frequently Asked Questions

Please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.  

Orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS. Average transit times are 3-10 business days. 

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Due to COVID-19 delays, there may be an additional amount of shipping time added to your order.
  

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product(s) ships.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@aveganstore.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 2 hours of the order being placed. If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to contact the courier to update the address but there is no guarantee of the change.  

At this time, we do not ship orders internationally. Please check back as we do plan to expand internationally in the future. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order for the cancellation to be applied. Please email, support@aveganstore.com, with the subject line "CANCEL". If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to work with the courier to cancel the order but there is no guarantee of the cancellation. 

 You have 48 hours from date of delivery to report your item(s) being wrong, damaged, or expired.

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
